Celebration Generation has always been proud to offer our delicious and visually stunning cakes for all of your wedding and special event needs. From elegant and understated wedding cakes, to mechanically designed wonders, to custom carved cakes to truly suit your theme, we've enjoyed our time as a custom cake business.

As a living, evolving business, we are very excited to announce the some changes that we have been working towards since early 2010: Due to popular demand, we are now offering private and group cake decorating lessons, as well as design services and cake/wedding industry consultation!
Though we are no longer accepting orders for custom cakes, we are excited to be able to teach our friends and fans how to MAKE our delicious, awe-inspiring cakes. "Give a man a fish..." and all!
Our cake philosophy is simple. It's got to look great, and it's got to taste AMAZING. We don't do dry cake, and we don't do boring. Food is our passion! Cakes are all about fun, celebration, and great memories: We promise to keep that in mind as we teach you how to create cakes that bring joy to all those who see - and EAT - them!

We are excited to announce our first two cookbooks!
"The Spirited Baker" hit the market in August 2010, and is a celebration of liqueur... as a baking ingredient.
Combining liqueurs with more traditional baking ingredients can yield spectacular results. Southern comfort, peaches, and pecans create an amazing cheesecake. Rum, mangoes, and fresh mint combine to make a wild Mango Mojito Upside Down Cake. Try Candy Apple Flan, Jalapeno Beer Peanut Brittle, Lynchburg Lemonade Cupcakes, Pina Colada Rum Cake, Strawberry Daiquiri Chiffon Pie, and so much more. To further add to your creative possibilities, the first chapter teaches how to infuse spirits to make both basic and cream liqueurs, as well as home made flavor extracts! This book contains over 160 easy to make recipes, with variation suggestions to help create hundreds more!
"Evil Cake Overlord" is set for a March 31, 2011 release.

Jacked Up Java Brownie Mix, Jacked Up Java Cookie Mix, and Cranked Up Chai Blondie Mix Two moist, chocolately mixes - and one chewy, spicy blondie mix! - that are not only full of WIN, but full of caffeine as well. Our friends, fans, and minions are so ridiculously awesome, it's been hard to keep humble at times.
Well, guess what - humility just became more difficult!
Check us out in the May 2010 issue of "Every Day with Rachael Ray"! Our spread is about unique & delicious wedding cake flavors, and we were one of only 4 wedding cake bakeries from around the country chosen to be featured!.
Our Chai Latte was chosen to represent Celebration Generation - and Minneapolis, MN - in the "Eat & Run" article, on page 152. We were in great company, with
Sheri's Edible Designs from Hilton Head, SC featuring their "It's Island Time!" flavor (sounds yum!).
Blue Note Bakery from Austin, TX showcased a gorgeous tie-dyed cake - super funky! - and Cakes By The Pound from Los Angeles, CA described their unique Red Velvet cake, which is dyed with pureed beets, rather than artifical coloring.. and flavored with Amaretto!
